To maintain a profitable financial institution

Nationwide Bank, an affiliate of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, has appointed Lynn Greenstein as president. She replaces Anne Arvia, who was recently named to lead Nationwide’s retirement plans business.

Ms Greenstein has most recently served as senior vice president of Product and Pricing for Nationwide’s property and casualty business. She first joined Nationwide in 1985 and has successfully served in a number of leadership capacities during her tenure with the company. She holds designations as a chartered property and casualty underwriter (CPCU), a chartered life underwriter (CLU), and a chartered financial consultant (CFC).

Larry Hilsheimer, president and chief operating officer of Nationwide Direct & Customer Solutions, said: “Lynn brings an impressive track record of business leadership and a passion for superior customer service to Nationwide Bank. Her understanding of the Nationwide family of companies, combined with her innovative and disciplined leadership style, will help us maintain a profitable and competitive financial institution that has grown in spite of the recent economic climate.”
