To offer clients a range of annuities

National Holdings Corporation, an investment banking holding company and its subsidiary, National Insurance Corporation, have entered into a strategic alliance with Brokers International, an insurance marketing organization.

National Insurance has said that this alliance would enable it to offer clients a range of annuities as well as allow their brokers access to Brokers International marketing programs.

Alan Lipson, president of National Insurance, said: “The new relationship will provide great training for our reps and allow us to offer state of the art products and services to our clients. We are very excited about the new alliance.”

National Insurance provides the insurance licensing, sales, and insurance compliance to National Securities Corporation and vFinance Investments Inc, both broker-dealer subsidiaries of National Holdings. National Insurance sells life, disability, long term care, group insurance, fixed and fixed index annuities.

Brokers International offers independent insurance professionals access to an array of annuity and long-term care products and concepts. Insurance professionals are given opportunities to receive education and training through Brokers International’s professional development programs.
