National Lloyds Insurance has expanded an existing implementation of SurePower Innovation, ISCS’ cloud-based, insurance platform for personal, commercial and specialty lines property and casualty (P&C) insurance companies, into Arizona.

Headquartered in Texas and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings, National Lloyds is one of the top 25 insurance companies in the state, offering homeowners insurance, dwelling coverage, mobile home insurance, flood protection and commercial insurance.

National Lloyds originally implemented SurePower Innovation in 2014, and went live in Arizona earlier this year.

National Lloyds sales and marketing vice president Mitch Jawitz said: “The feedback from our agents in Arizona has been very positive.

“It's easy to use, often seen as a competitive advantage, and, with our customized changes, a quote can be done in about a minute. The ease of use is important to us, and one of my personal goals."

ISCS's SurePower Innovation is built using pre-integrated, yet modular, components to automate core administration (policy, billing and claims).

Insurers can easily streamline critical processes, create a more customer-centric environment, lower operational and system maintenance costs, and provide greater ease of doing business through self-service opportunities and portals for agents, employees and policyholders.

SurePower Innovation is the only core administration platform in the industry to offer best-of-breed levels of functionality in supporting areas, including business intelligence (BI), accounting, payables, document management and producer/commission management.

ISCS president Andy Scurto said: “We are constantly improving and updating SurePower Innovation to meet the needs of our P&C insurer customers.

"Providing rapid quoting capabilities for National Lloyds' agents is just one way ISCS is working to help improve their business for the future."
