NASE Marketing, a national sales and insurance agency based in Texas, has acquired Insurance Digital Assistant (IDA) platform, a mobile client relation management (CRM) system geared for insurance professionals.

The IDA Assistant platform has been used in the insurance industry throughout the country since it was first introduced in 2005 as a Beta project to automate tasks of sales professionals, according to company.

Its unique ability for users to easily create automated emails, track sales, and help project sales forecasts based on an independent insurance agent’s sales data put it at the cutting edge as the first CRM of its kind at that time as a Windows-based program.

Its additional integration of predictive dialer systems and Skype has made it popular for some time.

NASE Marketing president Chuck Taggart said this will allow not just insurance professionals to increase their sales efficiency, but virtually any self-employed or small to medium sized business can benefit.
