US property-casualty underwriter Mountain West Farm Bureau Insurance has inked a multi-year agreement with Symbility Solutions, pursuant to which the former will deploy the latter's comprehensive suite of products.
Under the terms of the agreement, the insurer will add its Claims Connect to process its property insurance claims across its network of adjusters with their new claims management system for an end-to-end streamlined solution.
Additionally, the underwriter will also implement its Mobile Claims, an estimating tool designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed during the estimation process.
The tool uses measurements, diagrams and depends on property cost data developed by Marshall & Swift/Boeckh to create claim estimates quickly and accurately, the solution provider said.
Symbility has two product family brands including Symbility and Adjudicare, which fulfills the various requirements of the insurance industry.
