MJM Investigations, a provider of investigative technology to the insurance industry, has teamed with New York City-based Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company in an effort to tackle the increase in insurance fraud.
According to the agreement, MJM will provide surveillance, claims investigations and other related services for Atlantic Mutual to help reduce the rising cost of insurance resulting from the increase in insurance fraud.
With the growing prevalence of insurance fraud, Atlantic Mutual selected MJM because of their advanced business practices and industry experts which will help bolster our service capabilities, stated John Shea, vice president of Atlantic Mutual. Utilizing MJM will enable us to focus on our main mission of being able to fairly settle pending claims.
MJM said it will offer services including personalized products and services, consulting and modern technology to the US insurer. MJM also designed and is now hosting a customized web site which allows Atlantic Mutual Claims adjusters to access MJM’s CaseTrak,a program that enables clients to monitor their cases from their desktops, with real-time access via a secure web site.
