Mitsui Direct General Insurance Company, a Japanese direct general insurer has deployed Guidewire ClaimCenter as its new claims management system to further enhance its customer service quality, improve productivity and make significant reductions in system costs.
Guidewire ClaimCenter will enable Mitsui Direct to easily customize the system and improve workflow processes, and respond more efficiently to customer expectations.
The solution will also make significant reductions in system maintenance costs and realise environmentally conscious paperless work processes.
