MetLife has launched M-Powered Enrollment, a new multi-product, multi-channel enrollment program, which is designed for employers with 50 to 1,000 employees.

According to MetLife, M-Powered Enrollment offers a simplified end-to-end enrollment experience that maximizes the value of an employer’s benefits program, and helps employers to implement their employee benefits program with a coordinated enrollment experience.

The company said new program can also reduce paperwork, delivers actionable reporting capabilities and provides co-branded enrollment experience.

Employees can opt to enroll online in their medical benefits as well as their non-medical MetLife benefits such as life, dental, and disability insurance.

MetLife vice president of enrollment and participant services Shari Gottheim said M-Powered Enrollment program is designed to make enrollment easier for all stakeholders.

"The enhanced employee experience increases the likelihood that they will understand – and maximize – the value of their benefits options," Gottheim said.
