MedRisk has appointed Nancy Brennan as its new vice president of customer service.

Ms. Brennan is an insurance executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, claims and marketing.

Most recently, she served as vice president, quality & performance improvement for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Specialty Risk Services. She previously served The Hartford as vice president of product development and marketing.

At MedRisk, she has assumed responsibility for end-user customer service, including the management of the customer service centers, which support the needs of MedRisk’s clients and providers, as well as the company’s regional account managers nationwide. She reports to the CEO of MedRisk, Shelley Boyce.

MedRisk provides specialty managed care services along with claims work flow management tools to the workers’ compensation industry.
