MedRisk, a claims services and specialty managed care company serving the workers’ compensation industry, has appointed Michael Ryan as new chief growth officer.
Ryan, a commercial insurance executive with over 15 years experience, will be spearheading sales, marketing and account management initiatives for the company.
Most recently the senior vice president of sales and marketing for Specialty Risk Services (SRS), a third party administrator, Ryan’s previous employers include The Hartford, Sedgwick CMS, American Financial Group, and Liberty Mutual.
MedRisk CEO Shelley Boyce said he is a driven professional dedicated to delivering results and achieving excellence.
"I am confident that his exceptional business acumen will be invaluable in meeting MedRisk’s strategic goals both now and in the future," Boyce said.
MedRisk provides specialty managed care services along with claims work flow management tools to the workers’ compensation industry.
