Medical Mutual of Ohio Selects Callidus Software To Optimize SPM

To automate the onboarding processes, synchronise broker licensing and appointment information

Medical Mutual of Ohio has selected Callidus Software’s insurance suite and business process management suite (BPM) to manage its sales performance, incentive compensation programs and broker onboarding processes.

Under the agreement signed in the third quarter of 2009, Medical Mutual of Ohio will use Callidus TrueComp Manager, TrueInformation, Callidus TrueProducer software applications and BPM suite to automate the onboarding processes for its 14,000 brokers in seven US states and pay their commissions.

Medical Mutual of Ohio is expected to benefit from Callidus’ suite to administer broker payments. Callidus TrueProducer module will integrate with national insurance product registry to synchronise broker licensing and appointment information, said the company.

Callidus Software is a provider of sales performance management (SPM) software and services.
