MDLIVE has launched cloud-based Virtual Medical Office 3.0 software that will enable insurers to provide secure and seamless real-time communications through voice, video, email and new apps between patients and medical professionals.

The HIPAA-compliant platform has been designed to provide physicians, caseworkers and utilization nurses with access to clinical data including patient medical records, lab results and in-home telemetry devices for real-time risk assessments, wellness advice, diagnosis and treatment.
