Healthcare technology company MDI has entered into a master services agreement with Wells Fargo Insurance Services to offer data warehousing and analytics in a custom-branded solution called Wells Fargo Insight Series.

Wells Fargo will utilize MDI’s new Insight Series to assist in customer retention and provide customer advantage required for new company benefit accounts.

MDI said that Wells Fargo Insight Series is designed to help Wells Fargo’s clients, including around 300 self-insured employers, manage their claims data while providing access for reporting and analytics.

The new solution offers relevant data in an intuitive web-based application. In addition, it provides global reporting, analytics, the predictive index and EARL, a data visualization tool.

Wells Fargo Insurance Services senior VP of employee benefit at Roanoke office Patton Coles said that the new solution will allow its customers to use data to drive decision making in new and innovative ways.

“The Insight Series utilizes high-level predictability and analytics tools to help our customers develop measurable outcomes that provide result-driven decisions,” Coles said.
