MassMutual's retirement services division has appointed Tom Cremona as its new division sales manager for the Northeast region, taking over from Hugh O'Toole who was recently named senior vice president and head of MassMutual's national sales and distribution organization.
Mr Cremona has been with MassMutual since 1994 and has held various positions across the retirement services division, most recently, as second vice president of investment consulting and product management.
Mr Cremona has more than 28 years of experience in the retirement services industry with in-depth knowledge across many areas including customer service, actuarial services, investments and institutional sales management.
Mr O’Toole said: Tom possesses deep retirement services knowledge, customer orientation and excellent relationship-building skills, and will serve as an outstanding example of leadership for the entire distribution team.
