Marsh, a global insurance broker and risk advisor, has appointed Jay Sharma as multinational client service director.
Sharma, with 18 years’ of experience in the insurance, will work closely with Marsh’s dedicated multinational specialists in over 100 countries to ensure that ‘one team’ delivers insurance solutions and service excellence to Marsh’s multinational clients.
Initially, Sharma will focus on Marsh’s US & Canada division and will lead initiatives to improve network management operations.
He will work with Elizabeth Demaret, who recently joined Marsh also in the role of multinational client service director. He will be based in New York and will report to Allen.
Sharma joined Marsh in 1992 as a member of its aviation team. Since 2004, he has served as a client executive in Marsh’s New York Metro partnership.
Demaret will initially focus on Marsh’s international division and colleagues in Marsh’s multinational servicing offices.
