Maine Municipal Association (MMA) has deployed NavRisk suite to replace their existing claims and policy administration applications from DAVID.

According to the solution provider, the MMA Risk Management Services group offers underwriting, member services, claims and loss prevention services to program participants.

The new solution will consolidate MMA’s policy administration, underwriting and claims management, data, processes and procedures with their core systems, David said.

Maine Municipal Association risk management services director Patricia Kablitz said the firm has been looking for better claims and policy administration applications, which could reduce its losses while integrating policy and claims system.
