Lumley NZ has deployed the ClaimCenter for all of lines of its business, bringing new product functionality online for Lumley claims team with zero production outages along the way.

According to Guidewire, the benefits of ClaimCenter include: reduced claim resolution times; improved processing efficiency; service improvements; and a single system entry to handle each and every type of claim.

In addition, the ClaimCenter also provides 100% system up-time; early identification and detection of fraud or potential fraud; and an enhanced customer responsiveness.

Lumley NZ business solutions general manager Toni Ferrier said that the ClaimsCenter allows claims handlers to pro-actively manage the claims process, providing better service to the customers and business partners.
