LTC Global has completed the acquisition of Insurance Producers Alliance of America, a privately held long term care insurance agency and a related company, Insurance Producers Alliance.
William Borosak, principal of Insurance Producers Alliance of America (IPAA) and Insurance Producers Alliance (IPA), joined Gelbwaks Insurance Services (GIS) as regional sales director in connection with the acquisitions. GIS is a wholly owned subsidiary of LTC Global with offices in Florida, US.
The acquisition of IPAA and IPA supports LTC Global’s strategy to expand its national long term care insurance distribution network.
