LTC Global, a provider of capital, sales and marketing solutions to the long term care insurance industry, has completed the acquisition of AMA Insurance Services, a privately held long term care insurance agency based in California.
The acquisition of AMA supports LTC Global’s strategy to expand its national long term care insurance (LTCi) distribution network and represents LTC Global’s fourth LTCi agency acquisition since March 2007.
