Lockton Companies, an insurance broker, has expanded its insurance services for its Washington, DC based employee benefits practice and mergers and acquisitions capabilities with the addition of Steve Conger as vice president and producer.
In this new role, with more than 20 years experience in employee benefits consulting, creation, and management of corporate employee benefit programs, Conger will focused on exceeding client expectations and client retention.
His experience also include developing and creating strategies for clients in the non profit, mergers and acquisitions, technology, telecommunications, life sciences, and financial services industries.
Before joining Lockton, he was an area vice president in Arthur J Gallagher’s Columbia Maryland office, where he was a producer and client advocate, responsible for business development and ensuring client satisfaction for the company’s employee benefit clients.
Prior to Gallagher he served as a senior vice president for Willis’ Potomac Maryland office in a similar role.
