Lockton, a privately held insurance broker, has appointed Joe Sheridan as marine specialist to its New York office, reporting to London-based Cargo & Logistics Division.
In his new role, Sheridan will be responsible for developing Lockton’s US marine business with specific emphasis on providing insurance and risk management solutions to clients covering all aspects of cargo and storage risks.
In addition, he will also provide expertise in packages focusing on property, energy, and construction clients.
Sheridan brings more than 16 years experience in insurance gained most recently at Hugh Wood New York and prior to that at Willis New York.
