Lincoln Financial Group has appointed Kelley Grady as new vice president and head of enterprise litigation, effective immediately.

In his new role, Grady will oversee all aspects of Lincoln Financial’s litigation activities, reporting to Nicole Jones, the senior vice president and general counsel of Lincoln Financial.

Grady joins Lincoln Financial from Ballard Spahr, where she spent the past 10 years as a litigation partner. Prior to this, she was an associate and a partner in the litigation group at Reed Smith.

Jones said Kelley brings extensive experience in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation in a variety of industries including insurance, financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing.

"Kelley’s first-hand experience makes her a valuable addition to the Lincoln Financial team," Jones said.
