LifePlans, a subsidiary of Munich American Reassurance Company, has appointed Gary Guiser as its new president and COO, effective July 1, 2013.
In his new role, Guiser will provide strategic management for all products and services offered by the company. In addition, he will drive the company’s insurance business and healthcare services by aligning all operating functions in support of its vision and focus.
Guiser, who has 26 years of experience, most recently operated his own consulting practice and served in an advisory capacity with the company helping to formulate its market strategy and define its operational and technology direction.
In addition, Guiser has huge experience working with major non-profit advocacy groups, including serving as a senior advisor for the National Council on Aging.
Prior to opening his consulting practice in 2012, Guiser served as both president and COO of LifeCare.
