Lexinta Group, announces plan to enter the Nordic insurance market by the end of 2016. The Group has been greatly encouraged by its research into the Nordic insurance markets and the resulting favourable economic data forecasts have given rise to the board's decision to establish Lexinta Nordic Insurance AS.
As a first step towards achieving their stated goal Lexinta has engaged the services of Braekhus Dege, who will provide professional advisory and legal services through the guidance of Laila Marie Bendiksen, advocate and partner.
Lexinta Nordic Insurance AS, will initially focus its business on the Norwegian insurance market before expanding into the rest of the Nordic markets. Key executive insurance specialist personnel have been identified in Norway and it is anticipated that an office will be operational by the end of this year.
