Lark (Group) has acquired the UK-based Euromarine Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Broadstairs of Kent, Euromarine is a specialist marine insurance intermediary and underwriting agent for UK Insurers.
The company provides specialist marine insurance products to private individuals.
With the acquisition, Lark is expected to generate around annual revenues of about £28.5 with 350 employees in eight offices across London, the South East and East Anglia.
The acquisition will expand Lark’s presence in the marine sector.
