Kofax, provider of smart process applications for the business critical First Mile of customer interactions, has unveiled Kofax Mobile Capture Auto Claims application for auto accident claims.

The First Notice of Loss (FNOL) smart process application has been designed for auto accident claims and also enables policyholders to engage with insurers from the scene of an accident to expedite claims.

Capable of reducing manual errors and costs, the mobile application also provides the highest level of data accuracy and accelerates the claims process while enhancing customer service.

Kofax will be demonstrating the new app at the Kofax Mobile Insurance Executive Roundtable on February 28 in Chicago.

Kofax Mobile Applications senior vice president Drew Hyatt said that the application has been developed to meet the evolving needs of insurers and insureds the where mobility is most pervasive.

"Additionally, at a time when a policyholder is nervous, scared and possibly frustrated, they can rest assured that their insurer is capturing the information needed to provide them the highest level of service and resolve their claim rapidly," Hyatt added.
