Kingsway Financial Services, a Canada-based provider of automobile insurance services, has promoted William Hickey, currently the company's chief operating officer to the role of CFO.

Hickey replaces Daniel Brazier, a contract employee who held the post while the company transitioned its executive functions from Canada to the US.
