To develop and manage strategic growth opportunities
Kibble & Prentice, a USI company, has promoted Dave Ross to the position of president. Since joining the company in 2004, Ross has held a number of executive positions, including running the Employee Benefits Division and most recently as executive vice president.
As president, Mr Ross has overall responsibility for developing and managing strategic growth opportunities, including client acquisition and retention programs, channel partnerships, and carrier relationships.
As a member of the executive management team, he is also involved with other operational facets of the Seattle office and its more than 250 employees. He has over 25 years experience in the industry, working for Great-West Life prior to joining Kibble & Prentice.
