Thompson & Smith Insurance has become the 17th franchise partner of Pennsylvania-based property and casualty insurance brokers Keystone Insurers Group, in the state of Tennessee.
Thompson & Smith Insurance owner Roger Smith said, "As we continue to maintain complete ownership of Thompson & Smith, we can concentrate on advancing the growth of our agency more quickly now that we have many new capabilities available to us, some of which were utilized the first day of our partnership."
Established in 1983, Keystone Insurers is owned by its employees and franchise partners in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. Each partner is an independent agency.
Formed in 1998, Thompson & Smith Insurance is a full-service independent insurance agency and is operated by Roger Smith and Chuck Thompson.
