Pennsylvania-based Keystone Insurance Group has acquired Tennessee-based RSS Insurance, making it their 14th franchise partner in the state.
The acquisition is expected to expand Keystone’s relationships in Tennessee and will also help provide new markets, programmes and services for its clients.
RSS, founded in 1973, and offers a full-range of insurance products to individuals and businesses, including commercial and financial products.
RSS Insurance’s Charles Rowland said that their association with Keystone will further strengthen their commitment to the independent insurance agency system.
Keystone vice president of sales and marketing Elizabeth Schenk said that RSS has a long-standing history in Chattanooga," said Schenk. "Their reputation and integrity will only strengthen the Keystone partnerships in Tennessee, as we continue to identify the best agencies in the state.
