Kentucky Employers' Mutual Insurance (KEMI) has successfully deployed Risk Control (RC) Technologies’ Inspection software to update its loss education and safety field operations.

Risk Control Technologies David Hanley said, "KEMI has a strong history of making Kentucky workplaces safer, and by equipping the field health and safety staff with our technology, the company will be able to even further enhance these efforts."

The highly configurable platform, RC Inspection enables insurers to manage all aspects of their field loss control, health and safety processes.

The insurance firm can rapidly respond to changes using the inspection system in the health and safety landscape while enhancing field staff effectiveness.

Risk Control Technologies also trained KEMI team for ongoing changes to rules, forms, standard recommendations and other system features to be done by a business user internally.

KEMI has also introduced iPad devices, loaded with the RC Inspection field application, for field representatives to collect risk data, photos, recommendations and other pertinent loss control documents in locations without wireless broadband connections.

The firm provides workers’ compensation insurance and coverage to more than 20,000 policyholders throughout the state.
