To focus on KCS' insurance, securities compliance business
Kaplan Compliance Solutions (KCS), a provider of technology and services that eliminate paperwork and reduce compliance risk for companies of the insurance and securities industries, has selected Jon Newhard as chief operating officer.
Mr Newhard joins KCS from Infonic of Reston, Virginia, where he served as senior vice president and managing director of the Geo-Replicator division. Prior to Infonic, he held high-level positions with SAP and Siebel Systems.
Mr Newhard will focus on growing KCS’ insurance and securities compliance business, including the company’s software platform, Compliance Management System Generation 2 (CMS G2), as well as its Licensing & Registration Services (LRS).
LRS provides Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services including partial and full lift-outs of the compliance function, where KCS maintains a state rejection rate less than one-tenth the industry average.
