KCM Holdings (KCMH) has appointed Pat Shehan as the chief marketing officer for its subsidiary KCM Insurance Services. The company plans to reach $5m revenue target for the year 2010 and be a publicly traded entity and establish investor value through its incubation model.

Mr Shehan will work with other internal divisions and KCMH ventures to combine industry’s best practices with marketing and training strategies including the use of social media and Geenius, the company’s incubated knowledge transfer platform and software company.

Mr Shehan has been in the insurance industry for over 19 years with experience in recruiting, training, managing and driving performance of agents and management teams. He has expertise in operational infrastructure and marketing with a network of contacts and strategic alliances.

Mr Shehan, said: “My decision to join KCMH was largely due to the background of CEO Donald Klein and his vision to take KCMIS public. I am extremely confident that we will exceed our first year revenue goals in annualized premiums.”
