Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) and Life, Pension and Investment (LPI) administration services provider, Kane has appointed named new Head of Business Development and Senior Account Manager in Europe.
Kane Group has appointed Damian McNamara as head of business development – Europe and will be responsible for the captive insurance solutions development for UK and European-based clients.
With 12 years of experience in insurance risk management, captive insurance management and insurance broking, McNamara held service with KPMG as Executive Advisor on their Insurance Risk Team and most recently.
Prior to KPMG, McNamara served as European Risk Manager for the Investec Group.
Kane also appointed Gary Le Page as senior account manager and will focus primarily on Kane Guernsey office’s day-to-day management as well as the administration of Kane PCC Ltd.
With 11 years of experience in the captive insurance industry, Le Page has been involved in setting up captive and PCC/ICC structures for a range of banking and insurance companies.
