JLT Specialty USA, a US subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc. (JLT), one of the world’s leading specialty-focused providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brad Kotlewski as Senior Vice President. Kotlewski will join JLT’s Financial Lines Group as the USA Private Equity Product Leader.
In this role, he will be focusing on delivering the full gamut of financial insurance-based products to the private equity sector, and helping JLT build a team of unparalleled USA based experts in this arena.
Kotlewski will be based in JLT’s New York City office. He was most recently at Aon Corporation, where he served as Managing Director of the Private Equity and Transactional Solutions team, managing relationships with a myriad of private equity firms and their respective portfolio companies.
Prior to his role at Aon, he worked at Marsh & McLennan. Before joining Marsh he was a Senior Underwriter at AIG where he focused on public and private companies with a concentration on Directors and Officers, Employment Practices and Fiduciary Liability.

Kotlewski holds a B.S. from New York University and a MBA from Fordham University.
