(JLT), one of the world’s leading specialty-focused providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Hersh as Senior Vice President at JLT Specialty USA.
Hersh comes to JLT Specialty USA having worked on The Newman Team at Aon as a Senior Vice President with Account Executive responsibilities. In this capacity, Hersh served as the outsourced Risk Manager for Warner Music Group and managed a diversified client base. His management and risk consulting background enables Hersh to better support the financial and operational objectives of his clients, in providing tailored risk management solutions.

Hersh will be based in JLT’s New York office where his primary focus will be supporting the financial and operational objectives of clients, providing risk financing and risk consulting solutions that mitigate and transfer risk.

Hersh is a member of the think tank Business Executives for National Security where he serves on the Cyber & Tech committee. Most recently he worked with US cyber security and defense experts, in cooperation with US European Command and the US Embassy in Moldova, to support the nation’s cyber security objectives.
Hersh holds a B.S. in Business Logistics from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
