(JLT), one of the world’s leading specialty-focused providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Rastigue III as Executive Vice President.

Rastigue brings to JLT Specialty USA more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership and management. In his role, Rastigue will serve as the West Coast sales leader, further developing the JLT Specialty platform in the region.

Rastigue comes to JLT Specialty USA from Marsh & McLennan where he served as West Zone/Pacific South Partnership Sales Practice Leader for more than five years leading and managing business development activities.

Before joining Marsh & McLennan, Rastigue spent 10 years at USI in various leadership roles, including West Coast Sales & Marketing leader and President of USI of Southern California. Rastigue holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University and received his MBA from Oakland University.
