Jevco Insurance, a Canada-based specialty insurer, has selected Guidewire's ClaimCenter solution as its new claims management system.
The deployment of the ClaimCenter will enable Jevco to increase operational efficiency through automation across claims processes, allowing adjusters to focus on high value tasks and customer service.
Jevco will implement ClaimCenter across all business lines including: standard and non-standard automobile, motorcycle and recreational vehicles product lines through its personal lines division and property and liability, niche commercial automobile and surety through its commercial lines division.
According to the Guidewire, the ClaimCenter’s flexible business rules enable claims organizations to define, enforce, and continually refine their preferred claim handling practices to optimize and monitor their claim processes.
Guidewire said that the solution also enables Jevco to improve visibility into its claims operation providing better internal transparency; leverage claims handling best practices across its organization to help reduce loss ratios and prevent claims leakage.
The solution also enables the insurer to make system changes to meet changing business and technical requirements and improve data analytics and reporting capabilities.
