The software offers a mechanism to track subrogation efforts and attributes claims to independent adjusters. It will also manage document transfers.

The software will be provided as both a stand-alone product and incorporated with JDi Data’s risk management information system (RMIS), Claims Manager.

JDi said that the acquisition is part of its continued commitment to provide end-to-end solutions within the insurance marketplace and advance how the insurance industry utilizes technology.

JDi Data CEO Joe Wolczanski said: "One of our goals for 2016 was to identify areas in which we could increase functionality and added value to our clients.

"This acquisition not only facilitates that initiative, but also opens up a new segment of the market to JDi Data products."

PH Claims CEO Hollie Bertone said: "The opportunity of joining JDi Data and incorporating Claims Dispatcher with an established industry leader, will allow us to address challenges facing the adjuster community."

Established in 1996, JDi Data is engaged in developing innovative solutions for professionals within the insurance, risk and legal communities.
