According to Confio, Ignite helps DBAs, developers and DBA managers identify, analyze, and resolve the most complex and costly performance problems affecting applications and users, which is available for SQL Server, Oracle, VMware, Sybase and DB2 environments.
James River Insurance operates in a brokerage model working only with specifically authorized surplus lines brokers and reviewing each submission individually.

James River IT manager Adarsh Singh said having tools such as Ignite enables to identify the poorest performing queries, troubleshoot issues and eliminate the bottlenecks – before they can cause serious business issues.
