To oversee new business, policyholder services including systems and programming departments

Jackson National Life Insurance has promoted two senior level executives within its operations and information technology units. The company has promoted Ms Laura Prieskorn to senior vice president and chief administrative officer and Mr Mark Clark to senior vice president and chief information officer.

Ms Prieskorn will oversee all departments and functions within the company’s operational areas, including new business, policyholder services, broker management, claims, and the telephone service center, as well as the company’s relationship management and business analytics groups. She has served as vice president of the company’s customer service center and has held several positions in every department within operations.

Mr Clark will oversee the systems and programming departments. He joined the company in 1996. Prior to his appointment at Jackson Life Insurance, he was an IT applications system manager of actuarial systems at SunAmerica. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services and information technology industries.
