Jackson National Life Insurance Company (Jackson) has selected Thunderhead's NOW platform to streamline the production and delivery of its policy documentation, correspondence and other personalized content.

Thunderhead NOW will provide the organization with a new infrastructure designed to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Jackson chose Thunderhead NOW in part due to the platform’s XML-based design and support for open standards, which will enable integration with Jackson’s core systems. In addition, the ability for business users to manage content and rules will drive faster time to market.

Thunderhead said that the Jackson National will leverage Thunderhead NOW’s multi-channel capabilities to enhance and expand current electronic delivery of customer communications. By reducing its reliance on print output, it hopes to achieve cost savings and reduce its environmental impact.
