Insurance Recovery Group (IRG) has launched a new division, Insurance Subrogation Group (ISG), which will provide subrogation services for commercial and personal auto insurance (PIP and uninsured), workers compensation and property insurance.

According to IRG, the services of the new division will include first notice of loss programs in addition to second look/closed file reviews, overflow services and arbitration submissions on a national level.

In conjunction, the company has appointed John Connolly as the president of ISG, while Neil Salters, has been appointed as COO of the new division.

The company has also appointed Mark Nevils as senior vice president, national director of claims and subrogation, and Candace LaChapelle as vice president of business development.

David Jollin, president and CEO of IRG, said: “The new division will expand on Insurance Recovery Group’s core competency, which is identifying, investigating, and recovering claims dollars through legal and regulatory processes.

“Although IRG has offered workers compensation subrogation services to select clients in the past, the new division expands the scope of the operation and creates a dedicated unit with deep expertise.”
