Core insurance processing software and services provider Insurity has signed an agreement with hosted IT applications and outsourcing solutions provider MFXchange (MFX) to provide combinations of complementary software and services to the P&C market.
The agreement is intended to deliver software applications integrated with data center hosting, offshore capabilities, BPO, and infrastructure options for insurance carriers.
MFX chairman and CEO Raymond Roy said, "By combining our solutions and outsourcing services with Insurity’s offerings, we can offer the P&C industry an easy path to new technologies and enhanced business processes, freeing up the carrier’s time and resources to focus on the business of insurance and best servicing customers."
Under the terms of the accord, the team will delivery software solutions with options which include Insurity’s Decisions Suite of core insurance processing solutions, Insurity’s Insurance Enterprise View, and MFX’s Integrated Insurance Platform, a suite of P&C processing applications and services.
In addition to providing flexible, on-demand delivery model the team will offer application with combined offshore capabilities as well as infrastructure services to support desired timeline and scalability requirements for carrier.
Additionally, the team will provide business process outsourcing (BPO), statistical reporting services and other data administration services.
