Insurance Administrative Solutions (IAS), a Florida-based third party administration company operating in the life and health insurance industry for medicare supplement, has named Victor Castellanos as chief marketing officer.
In his new role with IAS, Mr. Castellanos will be responsible for the company’s strategic growth as a provider of third party administration solutions through its new, custom-built platforms.
Mr. Castellanos has nearly 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked in major reinsurance companies, and most recently as a managing general agent specializing in the senior market.

Mr. Castellanos said: “As the newest member of the IAS management team, I have made it my personal mission to get the word out to the rest of the industry about how we can help companies improve their bottom line by using our outsourcing services.
