For the company's strategic growth as a provider of third party administration
Insurance Administrative Solutions (IAS) has hired Victor Castellanos to the position of chief marketing officer.
Most recently Mr Castellanos served as a managing general agent specializing in the senior market. In his new role with IAS, he will be responsible for the company’s strategic growth as a provider of third party administration solutions through its custom-built platforms.
Randy Samples, president of IAS, said: IAS has entered a new era with the hiring of Victor Castellanos. In the past, we have relied solely on referrals for our new business, so this is something new and exciting for us. Victor’s experience in the reinsurance business and the relationships he has built with industry leaders all across the country during his impressive career will assist with our plans to acquire new clients, grow our existing clients, and expand our product base.
