Maryland-based insurance broker RCM&D has acquired the commercial property and casualty insurance division of Pennsylvania Trion.
In addition, RCM&D has opened a Philadelphia regional office to serve clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Dave Haney has joined RCM&D as managing director of the Philadelphia region and Rita DeFelice has been named as manager of the client services operations for the new office.
RCM&D president Robert Cawley said that RCM&D has built a strong reputation as an industry leader in serving the complex risk and employee benefit needs of clients in select industries.
