InStar Services Group, a provider of disaster response, insurance restoration and reconstruction services, has completed the acquisition of B. Poole Restoration (BPR). With the acquisition, the company is now comprised of 17 response centers in the US.
The company said that apart from disaster response, services include response to regularly occurring incidents, such as fires, floods, water-line breaks and storm damage in order to return damaged property to its pre-loss condition. The company also provides structural maintenance, renovation and modernization services to large multi-family properties.
BPR provides disaster restoration to the Tri-State Region as well as servicing national accounts. The Tri-State area encompasses the areas in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut that are within a commuting distance of Manhattan. It provides single-source disaster recovery offerings to its customers offering services including emergency response, temporary power/climate control, loss mitigation, cleaning and decontamination, fire and flood remediation as well as reconstruction services.
