Insphere Insurance Solutions has appointed Kenneth Fasola as its new president and chief operating officer. Phillip Hildebrand will continue to serve as the company's CEO.
According to Insphere, Fasola is expected to become its president and CEO in June 2011 when Hildebrand will become chairman of board of directors for parent company of Insphere.
Previously, Fasola was responsible for for Humana’s individual major medical, specialty and supplemental insurance operations, and also served as CEO of Secure Horizons, a division of UnitedHealth Group.
Prior to that, Fasola served as CEO for UnitedHealth Care’s central region and also national sales officer and president for UnitedHealth Care Lines of Business.
Hildebrand said that Ken’s expertise in sales and marketing, business development, and operations as well as his experience with cultivating a national network of agent, broker, and consultant relations is ideally suited for the company’s business strategies.
