The US nuclear companies are expected to co-operate with India under the bilateral Indo-US atomic deal, once the issues relating to liability insurance raised by some US companies are sorted out by the two parties – reported Business Standard.

New Delhi is also attaching a great deal of importance to the visit of US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, later this month. The relations are on and there were no major hassles in ties. Secretary of State would be meeting Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh and External Affairs Minister, Pranab Mujherjee during the visit.

The two parties are likely to resolve the liability insurance issue during this meeting.
